Case Studies
Run with Company
Improving discovery and participation in local running communities
RunWithCo explores how runners find, evaluate, and commit to local group runs. I identified key friction points in run discovery, including unclear pacing, inconsistent information, and lack of social trust, and translated these insights into a product concept focused on structured listings, clear run metadata, and lightweight commitment mechanisms.
Hostel Hacks Kitchen
Reducing friction in shared kitchens through clearer systems
Hostel Hacks Kitchen investigates how poorly defined systems create friction in shared hostel kitchens. I analysed guest and host pain points around tool access, ingredient visibility, and unclear norms, then designed a product concept that introduces shared inventories, contextual guidance, and lightweight coordination tools.
The project uses simple product interventions to reduce conflict and improve social interaction.
